We're a small, family-run business based in the U.S., crafting and packing everything by hand.

Are all your items handmade?

Absolutely. Each piece is crafted with love and care by us.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes, we craft our earrings using hypoallergenic stainless steel, gold-plated hooks, and nickel-free studs. For all findings and additional components, we also use materials that are both hypoallergenic and nickel-free. However, sensitivities can vary from person to person, so we recommend reviewing the materials listed in each product description before making a purchase.

What is the return policy?

We gladly accept returns for our items if you're not completely happy with your purchase.

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Unused, and in original packaging
  •  All accessories must be included
  • proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs on all returns or exchanges.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders around the USA.

Do you offer local pick-up?

We don't offer local pickup at this time, but we are looking forward to it. Maybe soon.

Can I change my delivery address after I place the order?

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
